Used them when our Rainbow lorikeet was sick, the vet we saw had a Rainbow as well and was well prepared with handling and assessing. Our lory is all well now and the prices were above normal, however you get what you pay for and the service was excellent so well worth paying for. Should we have any further problems with our birds I would take them there again and well recommend them to others with birds. :)

I take my car here for servicing, they've done everything I've asked, always checked with me on costs and I've been happy with the service provided to me. They haven't treated me any different as a female and I am happy to be a regular with them

Very personalised service, friendly staff and if you can't see something that quite takes your fancy then an arrangement can be done. They're very reasonably priced and the blooms last a long time past purchase price, highly recommended. :)

Have to agree with what everyone has said below, I've dropped in a couple of times when I am in Eastwood and it's a great little place for a quick and yummy lunch :)

Have been dropping in for odds and ends here for a long time, excellent service and customers are remembered. Always a friendly chat and although the prices are not comparible to a supermarket, the convenience outweighs the cost. :)

I've had some issues with Vodafone and was happy to walk away till one particular person in their customer service went beyond what they needed to in order to retain my business. Their 3G drops out, they have a long way to go in terms of service, however their CUSTOMER service I cannot fault them on and I was actually made to feel like a valued customer after 7 years with them. She alone retained my contracts with them and I have her name written down for anything I need in the future. Since then, I have had very little to complain about other than the odd drop out with the phone service and WIFI. They say the measure of a company is what the do when things go wrong, well, Vodafone came through.

It can be a bit hit and miss with this. Best to turn up when they are busy because you know the burgers will be fresh, I've had some great ones and some really ordinary ones. Service is ok, most employees are kids just out of school so still have some learning to go. :)
