I'm always really happy with my hair when they cut it hair, I even had my hair curled and styled for my wedding day and Rhiannon was wonderful and very attentive even though the salon was really busy.

I've done a lot of shopping here and have always found the prices great and the shipping very fast. The site is easy to use and I tend to find myself looking through the other bargains as well and surprising myself!

This is the best place to find your local massage therapist, naturopath, etc! I've had my business on their site for 2 years and find I get so much exposure this way. It's easy for people to just search and find a therapist close to them and they can browse through their page for prices and information. Their staff are very friendly and informative.

The staff are always so friendly and informative. You never feel rushed or pressured to buy, you can browse and taste very happily. Love the huge range of tea and going in to discover new finds! The flavoured green teas are always my favourites (sencha vanilla and gorgeous geisha are two amazing ones that spring to mind!).

One thing I've noticed about every T2 I visit - the staff are always friendly and smiling! I go into my local store at Hornsby often and end up chatting for ages about tea and trying everything and I never feel any pressure to buy (though I usually end up getting something!).

I've had 2 very disappointing experiences with Jetstar - my opinion is their international flights are the ones with the problem as my domestic experiences with them have been good. Flying both times Sydney - Hawaii we found staff to be less than friendly and on the way back they didn't tell us our flight was delayed 3 hours until we'd all been waiting 45 mins. When we did get on board everything was very rushed and very little food and drink was available as they'd packed two loads of passengers onto the flight (as the last was cancelled). I've heard of similar problems with other international flights. I'd only use them again for domestic flights.

Virgin are fantastic, for a low priced airline the service is always excellent. It's well worth joining their free frequent flyer program as well. Seats are comfortable, staff are very much 'on the ball' with information. Like others have said I don't think I've ever had a bad experience with them!
