We had the $25.50 buffet, but I didn't feel like the range of food was enough. It's those self served buffet unlike others where you seat and order. But that was when it first opened so I'm not sure if they have improved now.

Just opened, still very new, a lot of people during dinner, short wait. The buffet bbq is pretty good but the servings are very small so you have to order a lot. There is a bell on the table so you don't have to wave to grab a waiter's attention. The hot pot is enormous, pretty authentic Korean food.

Really authentic Chinese food with Taiwanese influence. You must book for dinner otherwise you will have to wait for a long time it is that busy! They have great yummy bubble tea drinks too! Though there are still dishes unavailable on the menu. The entree shrimps are a must get!

They are still in their trial period so not everything is available. Because they are still so new they are not that organised yet but hopefully it will get better. Food is authentic I hope to come back after they officially open to try more range.

Great service, I walked in and the aircon was too cold and the manager saw me looking cold so he quickly told the staff to turn it down for me. Food was quite authentic, generous serving but seeing the price being pretty high it better be.

Sometimes we go there to order shared dishes sometimes we order those individual hot pots. Both are great, they have new dishes coming out from time to time and are pretty Authentic Chinese dishes. The hot pot serves fresh food, hygienic self serve pots are better than the big ones. Pricy though but huge restaurant and good interior design.

They weren't really friendly, probably because I only wanted to print a few pages. The USB connection fee is one of the highest around Sunnybank, which is ridiculous as it costs them NOTHING to plug in a USB.

I like the half half pots, the pots are really big so they can take up a lot of food. The price is high though, you can get more value out of an All You Can Eat hot pot elsewhere. But this place is one of the few places where you can share big pots with everyone instead of mini "one serve" pots.

I've always loved Shingle Inn with its gorgeous interior and cute looking pastries and cakes. We were there for afternoon tea so we didn't try out any hot food. The scones were really nice, went well with hot tea. The icing of patty cakes were very sweet but it mixes well with the flour part. Service was friendly too.

This Hakataya opens later than the Sunnybank one, to cater to dinner and suppers. The sitting area is less but if you go after 8pm you wont need to line up. Efpos available.
