The concept of this business is fantastic. Buy Aussie produce and have it delivered to your door. Support the farmers. I've been quite happy with the quality and they now have an app for ordering which makes it easier. However their service is quite poor. Many of my orders had mistakes, if they don't have an item it simply isn't sent to you without any communication. They also overpackage the food with lots of plastic and refuse to reuse the boxes citing health regulations even though other services do this. I still get my meat and dairy from them but would swap if there was another provider who could do better environmentally and on service.

I love the concept of what these guys are doing. Fresh, organic and local fruit and veg delivered to a food host near you (or to your door for a small fee). They are excellent with their communication and will happily refund on any items not up to standard. However over time we found that too many of our fruit or veg were not acceptable (mouldy, caterpillers all thru, bruised, woody). It became of case of each delivery had a problem and you don't want to complain about a volunteer run community initiative like this on a weekly basis. I so wanted to keep buying from these guys because I believe in what they do. We usually bought a basics box of fruit and veg.

I've been trialling home delivered fruit and veg for a while now. These guys have won me over. The produce is fresh and good value. They recycle the boxes and you can order online. I would have given them 5 stars for everything if the tomatoes were a tad riper and if they didn't use plastic bags to package some things. We order the family fruit and veg box.

Was referred to this clinic by my maternal child and health nurse. The doctor was very informed and took the time required to resolve each health matter. The desk staff were extremely helpful as I had my baby with me. They give you a card so your family details can be considered together. They also have a program ensuring continuity of care. I was really impressed with my doctor's knowledge of women's health.

My husband purchased flowers from this florist for me for Mothers Day. He asked for two bunches to be combined. Instead of arranging the flowers nicely the man simply wrapped them together each in their individual plastic. When he got home we discovered that one of the bunches was very mouldy along the stems. All the flowers fell off that bunch within three days. The man did not seem interested in providing any level of service or creativity despite having no other customers at the time.

I've been here for several treatments; leg waxing, pedicure and pregnancy massage. All have been of an excellent standard. They use the wax with the spatula rather than roll on which I find gives better results. They pay extra attention to toes. Beth is the person I see and she really is very good at waxing. You can book online too which is most handy. (cost below is for half leg wax)

I went to Imogen to have my colours done as a gift from my husband. She was professional and tailored her advice to my work and life circumstances as well as my looks. I came away with lots of useful, practical information and tips on colour and how I can use it to best effect for clothes, accessories, glasses, hair and makeup. Of course I got a great little flipchart thing to take around the shops with all my best colours. I really liked dealing with her and found her personable and knowledgeable.

Michael came out to take out a wasp nest in our driveway. He responded quickly to my request logged on Service Central and was friendly and knowledgeable. Their service was the best value of the three quotes I got. He was able to come out the same day and communicated with me regularly so I knew where he was and when he could get here. I would use them again for sure, real professionals.

Visited these guys for four new tyres after seeing the positive ratings on WOMOW. Very friendly and informative service. They recommended some suitable tyres, explained what made them good and charged me a very reasonable price. They also gave me some freebies like one free puncture repair for the life of each tyre and a free wheel alignment in 5000km time. I would use them again. Quick and affordable with excellent service.

Metro Cinemas are excellent value. The cinemas are smaller but the price is great. They have a good range of movies, fast snack bar service and even the snack bar is good value! Locally owned and operated, the owner used to come into the restaurant I worked in nearby quite a bit. She's lovely and really cares about her business.
