I have now been training with Vision Personal Training for about 6 months and it is *by far* the best gym / program around. Anyone that seriously wants to get in shape and lose weight should definitely try it. Until now, I have always been pretty active but still found it impossible to lose weight (despite eating reasonably healthily). With Vision, I've been able to get to my initial target (and have now set some more goals). The trainers are all exceptionally friendly and they have a very well thought out system to follow. They also have great online tools to help you plan and track your food and exercise (and a new iphone app). As well as the 1:1 personal training sessions, they also have great group training sessions (cross-training, boxing, running, etc). Highly recommend.
Just discovered this gym / personal training centre in Brighton and so far I'm very impressed. They take a very holistic approach and place a lot of weight on diet - not just all about exercise. The trainers I've met so far seem very friendly and its a really welcoming environment. Looking forward to getting some results!
