This the is second instance we have chosen this provider of service. Second, because the first experience was successful we chose to continue with what we trust.
We chose Victory as a subsequent accident required repair to our vehicle. The relationship is very important to our family and because this service provider was able to establish a trustworthy connection with us we chose to go with them. Secondly, our vehicle had been involved in a third party accident. The process was complicated and Victory Motor Body Works provided timely assistance and transparency that made took an experience from stressful to manageable.
The outcome and work completed met our expectations, even though it took more time to complete, we understood that when workers are away from the workplace it takes added patience on behalf of the customer to continue a working reciprocity and getting work done well.
Even though there were communication misunderstandings on our behalf the settlement of clarification was identified and at no time was their any defensiveness from the service, only patience in working through where the misunderstanding had occurred.
I recommend this provider for smash repairs, panel work and excellent communication. You will have to wash your vehicle once work is completed.

Had some idiot ran into the rear of my car and caused a lot of damage. Called Victory & they could take my car almost immediately. They dealt with the insurance company so I had little to do other than drop the car off & pick it up again. They had the car for 5 days. I did notice a small issue with the rear light & when I called them they said to bring it in anytime & they would fix it, which they did when I called in the next day. Very happy with the service & friendliness.

These AAMI certified guys are so good they will take on any non-insurance job as well. Though they take a while to get the car to you, the condition is excellent and the price exceptionally low. This kind of panel beater is very hard to come by especially for older cars where you might find it hard to interest 9/10 panel beaters in the job. Paintwork is tremendous especially but the actual panel shaping is also great.

Approximate cost: $2,400.00
