The staff were really friendly, I got some take away cakes. They were delicious. Best cakes in a long while the lemon meringue was heaven.

Under new management and you can tell! New menu with good variety & quality but still most things over $20. They do a GREAT coffee and the staff are really friendly. They have at least 5 high chairs and a good kids menu so family friendly. Also, at the moment Kids eat free on sundays between 5-7pm so great for my young family. They are happy to alter the dishes when not too busy as well.

Food is always great, but on the expensive side. Good place to go for a coffee, but dinner is a little pricey.

Always beautiful food, and generally you can walk in with out a booking. We can use our entertainment book there which makes it great value. Always clean and tidy.

not many place like this in Greensborough, so usually quite busy any time of day. Attracts a fairly young crowd- guests a welcome to stay for a quick coffee or beer, or the whole shebang!

Have dined here several times and it has been continually getting worse. Last night was the ultimate in poor restaurant management. My meal was literally coated in salt. You could see it all over the carrots, beans and the mash may as well have been salted chips mashed up. The chicken was bland. When I gave it back to the waitress (it took 15 mins for them to come to the table) she just offered me a free coffee. Never mind that I hadn't eaten! No apologies for a meal that wasn't bad due to my tastes but was literally over-salted.

We were regular breakfast customers until they recently changed their menu and prices. We had enjoyed the breakfast menu but the quality from week to week varied. I have also been there for dinner and thought the dinner menu was very limited and would not go back for dinner again.

Great place for breakfast or lunch- i feel the selections for dinner are very limited though. The food is nice and not overly pricey. Very popular with the young ones but not a place to dine as a family. As far as service goes- uni students trying to make a buck so not very attentive or eager to please service wise.

Overall disappointing experience. Have been there for coffee and dinner and have left on both occasions feeling less than impressed. Would not go back again. Staff were polite but not very attentive, several times someone from the table had to get up and ask for service. Food was over priced and very poor.

My wife and I often go to Urban Grooves for lunch. Extensive choice on the menu and we have never had a bad meal - always very impressed. Can get very busy and noisy during dinner service so we only go now at lunchtime. It is not the place to go for a cheap meal but if you are prepared to pay a little more it is very enjoyable. We have always found the service to be good.

Approximate cost: $20.00 plus
