Honestly, Totally Green carpet cleaning service went far and beyond what i was hoping for. Glen is an absolute perfectionist, the carpets were spotless when he left. I will be absolutely using him forever more!

The fact that Glenn uses all natural products is a big plus for us given we have a young baby. The price was comparable with other bigger cleaning franchises, and the customer service was fantastic. We have used the services of Glenn from Totally Green Cleaning for a number of years - as have all our family and friends we have recommended him to. We wouldn't use anyone else. Totally reliable, brilliant finish on any job and we know he will keep at a job (no matter how difficult) until he has achieved the very best result. Glenn also has a great knowledge of the cleaning products he uses. I love the fact that our home never smells of chemical cleaners. The last job Glenn did for us was a top-to-toe clean for my Dad vacating his Independent Living Unit in an Aged Care facility. The Manager had never seen a unit (especially the oven, and the bathroom) left so clean - it was sparkling!

Electrodry did similar work last year and were there for around 1 to 2 hrs. I could see little difference following their cleaning. Big difference with Glenn's work, could really, really notice the difference. Glenn also excellect at details that make so much difference to end result. Found myself wondering how much profit he ends up making as he was at my home for over 5hrs and cost was definitely comparable to electrodry who were in and out in less than 2hrs. Definitely highly recommend this service.

I was looking for a carpet cleaner who wouldn't introduce a heap of chemicals into my home. Glenn responded quickly to my enquiry and took the time to explain his products and methods. He turned up on time and finished cleaning in the time he'd estimated and there wasn't a chemical smell to the house. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a low toxicity carpet cleaning option.

Glenn did all the carpets in my house last Saturday. He was friendly, helpful, efficient and best of all my carpets look and smell so much better. He also gave me some good tips on carpet care. Love it that he does eco friendly and non-toxic cleaning too. Will be getting Glenn back for window cleaning as well. Good value for money.
