DO NOT BUY COUPONS OR PURCHASE PHOTO BOOKS. Terrible service, really NO service, their productions times are weeks off what they say and when you call they cannot give you answers. I have now read other reviews and wished I hadn't gone with this company to start with. People beware....You pay $15.00 for express 1-2 days and it takes 2 weeks to get here. They are lacking in all departments.

I have used this company for over a year, mainly because they are cheap, but I have had many issues with them. printing colours are often off, usually too green, but sometimes too blue. Very poor customer service, I bought x3 calendars and didn't realise all 3 had to be purchased at the same time. When I contacted the company via email to say the code isn't working they said I had to pay $ to get another coded issued. Then I said just print the calendar in your system another 2 times to make up my voucher and she said no. They are just so hard to deal with. She wouldnt put me through to management and there is no number to call and speak with anyone directly. Once I have used my existing vouchers they have lost me as a customer. I don't recomend! spend a bit more and you will get a better product with better customer service.

What a terrible company! I am literraly scared for life about the way I was treated by this company. I purchased some vouchers for calendars to do for my family for Christmas (which i do every year) the transaction went fine and then i downloaded the software. The next step was to install the 'calendar' updates which i tried constantly to do. I eventually emailed the company to ask for help. THe first lady who emailed me back was helpful and told me to reinstall the software - which i did and then my internet credit ran out (not working out so cheap now) i then spent about a week exchanging emails of advise on how to help and then i decided it would be a better option just to ask for a refund as it had taken up way to much of my time already (probably a few hours a day AT LEAST over 7 days) She then advised me she will have to get a manager to organise the refund. Another lady then called me and told me to disable my anti virus and change my internet browser to see if that would work. So i did this even though i had asked for a refund i still wanted their service to work for me. I couldnt find where to disable my anti virus it seemed mine did not have this option but i changed my internet browser and even disabled my firewall and it was still not working so i emailed back and said can i just have a refund. She then called me and i told her i felt i had done enough to try and get their service to work. she 'tisked' and said i had not as I had not disbaled the anti virus - i told her there was no option on my anti virus to do this. Then she said she had a tech there who could get into my computer and disable it for me. WHAT?? No i would not like this option as i would not like my computer hacked. She was not happy and as i continued to plead my case that i had felt i had done everything possible and everything they had asked she continued to tell me i had not as i had not taken this final option (which im sure noone would). I became very frustrated then and was astonished at the way i was being treated. I was almost bought to tears as i was on edge as i had just found out my young cousin had died and was busy trying to do the photos for all my family which was painful and bringing up this tragidy. As i was becoming so upset i told her i had a family drama at the moment and just wanted a refund. her answer ' oh so we agree then that you want a refund because you have family drama not because of our service.' HOW DARE SOMEONE talk to ANYONE like that. She was rude and condescending and i advie NOONE ever use this service as i would never use anything that allows people with this sort of attitude to work for them. I didnt even get angry i got upset so I feel no way did i antoginise the situation and she took it all upon herself to say those things to me.

I purchased a voucher for The Photo Book Club through a daily deal website. I was emailed a link to their website to download their software to create my own photo book. Their program was easy to use and helped me to create gorgeous backgrounds, headings and clipart images around my own photographs. It took a few weeks to finish putting together my photo book (I only did it on and off for a half hour at a time or so) and then I submitted my photo book order.

My book arrived within a fortnight of ordering it. The book is well bound and has good sturdy covers and my photo images all came out very clearly. Very happy with service and would recommend. Probably expensive if you don't have a discount voucher.
