Amazing Service, Great people to chat to and help

What a disappointing experience!!
I fail to understand when places like this offer terrible after service and do not stand behind what they sell they continually think that they will not lose customers. Hopefully this review will steer future customers elsewhere
Purchased a product, requested it was new in an unopened box and asked to be posted. This was confirmed by them. Received a display item, thrown into a not fit for even shipping box, with missing parts and scratches all over it. When asked for it to be exchanged, this is where all the excuses came out. Finally after several emails I had to keep it due to timing and not being able to find another quickly. Yes they did give me some discount but unfortunately not even enough to cover the petrol to go down and purchase the missing parts.
For any future customers considering buying from these cowboys, there are plenty of other reputable places to purchase from!

I recently had a lawnmower repaired there and even though it did take awhile because of the season, they were great. The staff there are friendly and know what they are on about.
