Have started going to Terence London this year and have been extremely happy with the professional, caring and understanding service I receive. I am so impressed with the suggestions to add highlights and I have had so many compliments.

I decided to give this salon a try after becoming very unhappy with the impersonal and expensive service from my previous hairdresser and I have been absolutely thrilled with my hair ever since! The staff are polite, respectful and always on time, they listen carefully and genuinely care that you will be happy with the results of their work. I went to them late last year with serious concerns regarding the colour and lifeless , thinning state of my hair , three visits later I have a lovely natural colour, a great fashionable cut and very healthy hair with loads of body and volume. They sell an excellent range of product which is expensive but lasts forever, they take a lot of time to explain how to use the product and I have never once felt under pressure to purchase anything. I highly recommend Terence London , I won't be going anywhere else.

I just moved here from England and was looking for a salon. I walked into Terence London about 6 months because of the name. Terence had a chat to me about my hair and then a week later I went for my first appointment. I was so happy that I found a lovely hairdresser first go. I've been 3 time since. My hair is always easy to manage at home and the colour always blends in beautifully with my greys. And the products I got for home have been good with the Aussie water. I thought they were a little pricey the product but they last so long. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

WOW!!! BEST HAIRDRESSERS EVER. Terence and his team have been looking after me for the past year and a half. I love that Terence always changes my style making me feel like a new woman. Teena and Chanel always do a great job on my colours whether we do high light in summer or go to deep colours in the Winter. Always loading me up with coffee and mags. GREAT JOB GUYS , KEEP IT UP. Worst salon I have ever been to, months later my colour is still terrible. Asked for a brighten up for my brown hair, they died it black! Over priced, tried to lie about how many tubes of colour they used and the owner is so rude. Should not be in business! Would have given 0 stars if I could. Save your hair do not get it done here!
