My whole experience with this business was very pleasing and I found Katherine very professional. There was no waiting; I was attended to right on the time of my appointment, and Katherine took the time to find out exactly what look I was after. The table was heated and comfortable and after the lashes were applied I was extremely pleased. I am writing this review 16 days later and the majority of the lashes are still in place. I will be happy to continue to go to Spoilt Ladies.

My good friend referred me to Spoilt Ladies Luxury Lounge when I asked her about her beautiful lashes. I am so glad that she did because Katherine is the lash extensions QUEEN! Katherine took the time to really know what I wanted and made the process just so relaxing and simple. I so love my cat eyes right now. I receive so many compliments on my lashes. Really does make a whole lot of difference. Feels so natural that I forget they are there. Katherine is such a perfectionist and her work speaks for itself.

I get my refills every fortnight, and I'm super excited whenever I have them. If you are thinking about getting your lashes done, go with Katherine at Spoilt Ladies Luxury Lounge. She is THE BEST!

I've been looking for a new place to get my lashes done, after my regular provider moved interstate and I found this gem of a place, via Scoopon! Katherine and her staff are just lovely and very professional. My lashes were done carefully and took almost one hour, but it was one of the most relaxing experiences and the end result is fabulous! Will definitely be returning and will likely try some of the other (many) beauty services available. Worth the drive to Clifton Hill and located very close to Eastern Fwy. The salon is like a luxury lounge: small, but inviting, tidy and clean. Highly recommend you try the Spoilt Ladies Luxury Lounge!

Terrible experience!! It took her 3 hours to apply; and even what I ordered and paid for the ‘exclusive' style, she only glued about 20 lashes per eye… And half of them fall off the very next day… I tried to talk to her, tried to resolve it, made numerous attempts, but she never called back or was interested in fixing it… Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Katherine is the only person I will ever trust with my lashes. Very experienced lash technician who knows her stuff. My lashes have never looked or felt better. I highly recommend her services!

totally relaxing experience getting false lashes put on before cup day, they said they would last two weeks but began falling out off after a few days, looked fab on the day, looked very natural, great to have done for a special occasion. i still have some length left, they applied the lashes individually so they dont come off in blobs.
