The worst experience I have with a Real Estate agent to date.
Poor communication. Never received a property condition report. Unsure if an inspection was ever done.
In the end, the property was ruined and costed me $2000 to fix the property +4 weeks potential rent lost because they also didn't renew my landlords insurance when requested.
Would not recommend this agent.

They have not responded to repeated requests for information from me. They have ignored all of my concerns. Have refused to negotiate with me. Have charged interest on disputed amounts. Have apportioned payments to amounts not owed.
