First time having laser hair removal so I had a lot of doubts and concerns. When calling the clinic the receptionist spoke to me at length about the procedure and answered all my questions. When I went for the appointment the technician was extremely welcoming and professional. I would highly recommend this clinic. Excellent customer service in a clean and hygienic environment.

I had the teeth whitening done- instead of a private room, my treatment was done in a chair in the foyer area! Zero privacy! I finished my treatment early as I couldn't stand being sat in the middle of the waiting room having a treatment done. Even after tolerating this for 50 minutes, the results were not even worth it! Terrible waste of money, very disappointing.

one of the worst clinics in Sydney. Terrible service, they have disgusted to touch customers, treat with indifference. A problem I'm trying to cancel a treatment that will not be able to do because of health problems and they will not return my money

Visited Brighton Skin First ladies were wonderful I can't remember the therapists name but I just want to say thanks a mill for giving me the confidence in my skin.

Terrible customer service. The staff was more interested in Facebook than serving clients. Wild horses couldn't drag me back in there!
