Dr Hemal at Seddon Dental is amazing. He lets you know what is happening, is reassuring and even funny. I would recommend him if you are looking for a new dentist.

Highly recommended. I get very anxious about going to the dentist, even for just check ups and cleaning. I walk past this clinic regularly and saw that they bill themselves as 'gentle dentistry'. Then I found some good online reviews. IT IS TRUE! :) Dr Jolvin Lee and his assistant were very friendly, gentle and understanding. They listened to my concerns and acted accordingly. I still felt anxious of course but it was much reduced and they handled it very well. I will be back for sure. Thank you Dr Lee!!

I have a huge fear of dentists and dental work. This practice is very aware of that and are very gentle with me and make my experience as easy as possible. Dr Lee is the best dentist I have come across. The dental nurses even hold my hand.

My son has been attending Seddon Dental for the past 2 years for orthodontic work. He had the braces removed last week and his teeth are perfect! We travelled from Sunbury to Seddon for the appointments but it was worth it. They organised a payment plan so we didn't have to pay the full amount at once. Very friendly staff (especially Tracey& Bei and Dr Lother Poon is fantastic!

I have been seeing Dr Lother Poon for Invisalign treatment for the last 18 months, with excellent results! My initial consultation was very thorough and each step of the process was explained in detail along the way. Dr Poon and his staff are not only exceptionally friendly, professional and gentle - they actually care. I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for my appointment. I will definitely be staying with Seddon Dental once my Invisalign treatment has finished. :)

Dr Poon is thorough and seems to really care about the quality of his work. On my first visit we discussed what I wanted to achieve, he did a full examination of my rather damaged teeth and together we sorted out a game plan for how to proceed. This included explaining my options in detail and providing the reasoning behind his recommendations, as well as advice for avoiding similar problems in the future.
Removing my wisdom teeth for instance was borderline, they're not currently causing pain however they do make taking care of my teeth much harder and will most likely become a problem down the track. Dr Poon explained what's involved in getting them out, the cost, the benefits, reasons why I might hold off, etc without pressuring me one way or another.
I left that day with an itemised printout of everything we were going to do. This included what we were going to do next visit and the approximate price of each item which was a great help in preparing.
On my second visit he cleaned up my old fillings and added a few new ones. They came out looking great. This all cost pretty much spot on how much I'd been told even though he put in some extra attention cleaning up the old fillings and making sure they looked and felt perfect.
Overall the staff there are friendly and professional. The facilities are neat, clean and modern. My third visit will be the big one and I'm very confident that I've made the right choice with Seddon Dental.
