I was 2 days holidays in Melbourne. Shop at Eastland and stop by this beautiful cafe. Feel relax and comfortable to drink and enjoyed the yummy cakes. The coffee and hot chocolate both taste creamy and tasty. The little Pancakes also real yummy. Will recommend to my friends who visit Melbourne.

I wanted to love this place but they continue to disappoint. They are in a fantastic location - the gorgeous Eastland Town Square and across the road from Ringwood Station. But their service is average. I always order my coffee extra, extra, extra hot but it's only every lukewarm. Service is slow and often I have gotten the wrong order (different cake or wrap to what I ordered, a latte instead of a cappuccino). Such a shame.

I wouldn't recommend this cafe. Terrible service, I keep giving them a chance but after forgetting my order fairly regularly, giving me a cappuccino when I order a latte occasionally and not being very friendly or consistent, I have had enough. Will be giving them a miss from now on. Lets hope newer better cafes emerge after the renovations are finished!!

Nice cafe for a cuppa and recharge with good selection of cakes and wraps. Service is fast and efficient, place is pretty clean and they serve Poffertjes (mini pancakes) with ice cream which is a great treat. Only gripe is the size of cakes they serve depending on staff, sometimes its a decent sized slab but sometimes it can be a stingy little piece which is not worth the money they charge for a slice of cake/tart!

Love the vibe here. Great and friendly staff and the yummiest smoothest hot chocolate. A nice are to sit in too

The staff here are great. Often packed out with people waiting for a seat. Fabulous range of wraps that you can have toasted - lots of fresh ingredients and great tasting coffee
