I stay here every year and stay in 2 bedroom apartment 7.
Amazing deal via Travelauctions.
Clean comfortable apartments.
Great outdoor bbq and seating on large balcony.
A bit noisy as on main rd but not too bad.
Main bed a bit soft.
2 km walk from main shops at Rye and 4/5km from Rosebud shops.
Happy to return yearly

What a wonderful accommodation close to Rye.
Upstairs 2 bedroom apartments are spacious and comfy.
Fully self contained so can cook if you want.
Apartment 7 on the corner also had a bbq outside.
Had a voucher which was a bargain for 4 nights midweek ie Travel auctions.
Easy to book.
2km walk to Rye and 3/4km to Rosebud.
Beach across the busy road but not noisy in apartment.
Lovely place to stay.
