We ended up paying nearly $2800 for this company to replace a washer in a tap. Our Body Corporate Strata Care Australia sent them a work order for leak detection after a neighbour reported water running down the gutter. They did leak detection for a whole day and couldn't find the source until the end of the day. We had shown them plumbing plans and asked them if this tap could be the problem earlier in the day a fact they later denied. Unfortunately the bill was paid and it was too late for the Office of Fair Trading to do anything. All we can do now is to let others know why we don't believe this is a reputable company to deal with.
