We did our best to work with you Damien. We achieved a design to your budget as per your emails and obtained 4 quotes from builders all within 3% of your budget. You chose not to extend as it was Xmas and you were introducing a new born into your family.
We submitted our invoice late and you decided not pay. We waited 12 months then applied to VCAT and were successful. VCAT agreed that we "supplied a service with the appropriate level of care, skill and expertise".

Michael we had no choice but to delay because the original plans that your company completed were rejected by the building surveyor because they were non compliant and this is documented. I stand by my post and I am more than happy to share our experience with supporting documentation to anybody considering RFT. It was nothing short of a terrible experience full of non compliant mistakes that were picked up by your building surveyor. Again I have the drawings and comments and dispensation applications. If you use RFT only pay upon the successful delivery of a compliant project.
