Lovely meals here, they have daily specials, and a very nice help your self salad bar. We try to get there early so we can have a table by the window and enjoy the river views. There is a pokie area for those who play. The service is very friendly

Approximate cost: $10

This club is located on the riverbank with a great view from the dining area. We went on schnitzel night and it was a busy night. The meal was fine but would not rave about it and the cost was as expected. However it is always nice to try a different eating place

We have only been here a few times, not impressed. The best part is the view. Someone at our table asked for vinegar for thier chips, as there was none on the condiments tray. "Yes I will get that for you". after 5 mins, she got the girls attention "Oh yes" another 5 mins, she got the girls attention, "I do have other things to do". That was the last time we went back.

A great location, especially if you can get a window seat and over look the river murray. Large dining area with full menu. Good selection of local and interstate wines. Reasonably priced. Pokies area.

over priced and the staff are not very polite,or even cheerfull,it seems they maybe don't like working there, dining area is very big though, food is nice, but overpriced, would be good to have bar staff go around to tables and ask if anyone would like any drinks, also a members club would be great

This community club is situated beside the riverbank of the Murray River in Renmark, in the Riverland of SA. (on the highway between Mildura and Adelaide).
I recently took a group of people here for lunch while on a bus trip.
The service was excellent, very friendly staff. The dining room is spacious, with large glass windows, giving a fantastic view out over the river.
The lunch menu was very good, offering meals at a very economical price, up to fancier, more expensive selections.
Fish, chips and salad for $10, was still a good meal, value for pensioners etc. I had Malaysian Chicken at $14, a large serving, very nice and several others at the table commented on how nice it looked (and smelt) as well. Another friend had garlic prawns for $23 and he also enjoyed this meal very much.
The roast of the day was had by several others, with one 83 year-old gentleman in our party commenting that it was one of the best roasts he had ever had. (high praise, I would think!)
Our meals also came with a $2 pokie voucher, which you could also use toward a drink purchase, if you didn't want to play the pokies.
The salad bar, included in all the meals, had a very nice selection of fresh and tasty salads to choose from.
There is renovation work going on at the Club at the moment, but this did not affect our meal or comfort, it was still very clean and tidy, well maintained and a pleasant atmosphere.
All in our group are looking forward to returning to the Club again on our next trip there in a couple of months time.

Approximate cost: $10 to $32.
