The service is rather quick and always friendly. The food is fresh and tasty and the store looks to have been recently renovated so my kids like going there now too. Last week I got a chicken and chips for myself and kids meals for my family and we liked them. So I think we'll be back.

Every now and then I get cravings for red rooster - and for some amazing reason, I keep giving into that craving and actually going there. To be fair I've been to many red rooster stores that are alright, but the Warrnambool store is terrible! Every time I have ever been there, they've stuffed my order up! It is NEVER busy (2 customers at a time MAX), and yet it can still take up to 15mins for them to charge me full price, give half my order, and shut there window and run away so that I can't let them know they haven't given me everything! I've list count of the amount of times I've had to then park, and go in store to correct there stuff up - I go through the drive they for a reason!!

Their service is terrible. Last time I visited RR, they said they have no chicken in stock. For a company that sells takeaway chickens, that is ridiculous. Walked out, unimpressed.
