Since we booked our accommodation at the very last minute for the new years celebration Radisson was the only one available at the time for the location that we wanted. The location is also ideal as it's close proximity to the the Carrara markets and Broadbeach.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. There was a little balcony over looking the gold course. I love any accommodation places where they offer free parking to guests and this is one of them.

The buffet dinner was plentiful and quite nice, basically on par with most of the buffet offerings in the Gold Coast.

Yes I would stay here again, but not for the New Years prices though

Stay was okay as always (we stay there each hear for proximity to the V music festival). But their in house drycleaners ruined (a tear about 20cm) my partner's business suit, eleven weeks and a lot of run around later I still have no resolution to this which is appalling service for a "five star resort". Looking for somewhere else to stay next year

Stayed here with my partner for a romantic evening before a photoshoot the following day. The facilities were amazing, the view spectacular, but i was quite appauled with the room itself, there was stains on the couch (looked like blood), insufficient dinner plates (when we called reception more plates were brought up to us) and i had to question if the room was cleaned as there was a keycard under the living room table which you would expect a cleaner to notice. I filled out the feedback form requesting they contact me in regards to the problems, but i never heard back from them.

Really enjoyed my stay there. My only issue was the fact that we asked for a 2 bedroom room, but instead were given a room with 2 beds - one which was a fold out couch. Other than that, the staff were excellent and it was fabolous to come back from an outing to find the room spotless.

Was great to stay, i live local to the Radisson and found it such a wonderful home away from home. All staff were friendly and we totally enjoyed the Seafood buffet. The room view of the golf course was so peaceful. The pool was also beautiful to swim in. Great prices on wot if.com

We only stayed here one night but would definately head back to stay a lot longer in the future. The resort is situated inland from Broad Beach, so not quite walking distance but only a short drive away. The main pool offers an excellent view from the rooms surrounding it (fortunately ours fell into this category!). The room itself felt warm and inviting, we ordered pizza from room service after having a beer and cocktail at the bar (the buffet also looked good, but we felt like a night in instead). Pizza was excellent! In-house movie was over priced, but probably nothing against the norm for that sort of thing. Our bags were dropped off and picked up from our room by a concierge, excellent service. We also treated ourselves to a massage which is located inside the gym. Massage was excellent also. I have to say we booked on wotif so saved on the cost it would normaly be, but this is a very swank place and a nice treat away.
