Please don't be fooled by this business. There are much better property managers out there. I am a fair and reasonable person and gave Property Monopoly the benefit of the doubt numerous times. But after 18 months of poor service I finally came to my senses and changed. Not once did they ever call me. I always initiated communication & even then, I had to follow up on everything. I had to promp inspections, rental increases & when i asked to attend inspections i was ignored. I may as well have managed the property myself. When I offered feedback on their services I was rudely told "you get what you pay for" and "I had a dream run".... go figure! I am paying only marginally more now for outstanding service & property management.
