My parents home had a broken pipe that was releasing sewage under there house. In addition the broken pipe allowed sewer gases to pure out into the open for a terrible smell. We contacted Priority one Plumbing and electrical services abd explained the issue and we quickly set up an appointment for the next day. The plumber arrived on time and as expected. The work was completed professionally and the quote was giving to me upfront. The plumber took a nasty situation and bought back normalcy.

We had a plumbing issue that 3 plumbers couldn't figure out. We then called Priority one plumbing and electrical services at the suggestion of a friend who had used them, and they figured out and solved the problem immediately. Plumber came out, investigated the issue and within just few minutes identified the problem. Other plumbers wanted to charge a lot of money to run a camera and other tests. The plumber from Priority one plumbing and electrical services said they could do those tests, but told me they probably weren't necessary, and fixed the problem. I highly recommend these guys. They are knowledgeable, professional, fair and want to help where others just want to find a reason to charge you money.

My hot water was broken, I called Priority one plumbing and electrical and the plumber from the company came out to see it that day. He told me he would arrive between 1-2pm and arrived exactly at 1:30pm, Perfect!
The plumber sourced a replacement heater and was able to remove the old one and did some amazing feat of plumbing to make it fit the space.
The plumber also took time to insert an shut off valve which it didnt habe before, should any damage occur I could mitigate damage.
I found Priority one plumbing and electrical service in Word of mouth this morning and very happy that I did, we now have boiling hot water and a superb plumbing company to call upon when needed.

Had a great experience with Jacob and Thomas doing our plumbing and electrical work on our bathroom renovation.They were both helpful and worked in with what we required, he kept us in the loop the whole time of what he would do and estimate of cost. From first contact with Jacob, he was polite, professional and took the time to explain everything to me in straight forward terms. He was extremely helpful in letting me know about the additional and significant benefis that apply to Priority one plumbing plan. I engaged this company to repair a leak on a pipe underneath my livingroom floor on 2 June.
They said they were going to send someone that same day.
They then called and said they couldn't make it and somebody would be here the next day by 7 am.
Next day the person shows up at almost 9 am. They said it was a misunderstanding when booking the jobs, which is fine.
They assessed the problem and said they would send somebody else to do the job: opening a hole in the concrete and repairing the leak.
Next day somebody was here to do that but they didn't find the leak, which was confirmed by the previous person to be in a specific location.
Yet another day passed and the first person arrived to re-confirm the location and tell the other one to keep digging.
By this time my living room was all dirty because the person doing the digging did not protect the area.
He didn't finish that day and had to come back the next to repair the leak.
Leak was repaired and they said they would send somebody to cleanup and pour concrete over the hole.
Somebody was sent, he was late, and after 5 minutes he says: I need to go, will be back.
Didn't come back.
Spent 1 week with a hole in my living room and a pile of dirt.
I called them asking why this happened, the person on the phone: Victor, apparently the owner, was very rude to me, dismissing me and responding with: "next Monday or Tuesday" to any question I asked like: why did this person leave? why is it taking so long? Always the same response: "next Monday or Tuesday".
A week later they send somebody to finish the job and he says he was told only to clean up the dirt, but not do the concreting.
I called them to find out what was going on and they said that they don't do concreting, they would have to engage a third party to do that.
I was very angry by now and they were asking for full payment of the invoice at this point.
They also did some damage to my wall during the investigation and I was assured they would repair that.
When asked to do that, they sent a third party to do the job and this person said that he was told only to repair a small indentation on the wall, not the hole that they opened in the other wall.
It was 22 June by now and that is when I reluctantly paid the whole invoice.
After calls and messages, the painter was told to also repair the big hole in the wall.
We ended up doing the re concreting ourselves.
Today 11 July I receive an email and a text message asking for payment of the invoice!
Even after I received a confirmation of full payment on 22 June!
This is ridiculous and unacceptable!

Cannot thank John enough for the excellent service yesterday . My water heater system was not turning on, and immediately they assisted in getting it replaced with ease. Their interpersonal skills and expertise in their field was commendable. I don't often rate businesses, but these guys were awesome and didn't rip me off. James came to help us out with a burst pipe at our place. He went out of his way to help and was on time and straightforward with his explanation. Would not hesitate to hire him again.

We had a blocked drain in my backyard from yesterday(Wednesday) at about 8 pm. Called Priority One Plumbing immediately and they came all the way to Werribee. John did a fantastic job, checked through CCTV camera and cleaned all the debries from drain. As a first time customer I am very pleased with Priority One Plumbing's service.
