conveniently close to unimelb, love their specials (especially on monday - $10 parma!) nice seating out front, which is usually busy on a nice sunny day but worth it if you end up getting a table staff are fine place is generally clean

A great casual pub. One of the preferred hangouts for students and adults alike. It has a good atmosphere. Due to the large french windows which line the walls, an ample amount of natural light flows through the windows on sunny days - great for those that dislike dark minimally lighted pubs.
There are two pool tables for playing, and apparently occasionally pool competition nights, along with the regular weekly trivia competition.
For what is expected to be an average local pub, they have a great selection of beers & ciders available on tap or bottled - even pear cider!
Atmosphere and location is fantastic, perfect for sitting out around to meet and catch up with people, if you work or study at the university and a cafe doesn't cut it.

The parma here is pretty awesome. They have standard fare for a pub, beers on tap etc. Great place to hang if you're a student and want a break between or after classes.
