What an amazing find Prevale is,from the moment we were seated by the welcoming staff our taste-buds were given an experience that we have only experienced on holiday in the Greek Islands,beautiful presented housemade dips and mountain bread started a very tasty meal,followed by the freshest seafood and veges cooked to perfection,if desert making was an art then the chefs at Prevale should have their work displayed at the national gallery ,such a shame to eat it as it looked so good ,but oh so glad we did,Prevale we love everything about you!

This place is pretty busy - we arrived just before 6pm on a cold and windy Saturday and they weren't sure if they could fit us in (2 of us). The restaurant was empty when we arrived so I can't really comment on the atmosphere. We did get a table and the service was prompt but unsmiling. Meals came out quickly and were of excellent quality - very very tasty. Would have had another glass of wine but no one came over to ask if we wanted one. When we left there were only 2 other groups seated so I am not sure why the initial concern about fitting us in. I would highly recommend the food here but everything else let the restaurant down a bit. Definitely make a booking.

I have been to Prevale three times, and every time the food was fantastic... the staff are great, the latte's never too hot, great price and the food always has a modern touch that I love... One of the greatest restaurants of Melbourne. Go guys!!

I have been to Prevale a number of times and I have never been disappionted. The food is always fantastic, whether it be the entree, main course or desert. The service from all the freindly staff is great and you never wait for anything. In all a very nice little restaurant that gets very busy so it pays to book on Friday, Saturday nights
