With such a great menu, it wasn't easy so we found ordering a banquet was the best option for our group of 6. For around $35 per person it was excellent value, many entrees including satay chicken skewers and mains salt and pepper squid was my favourite, the massaman lamb curry was delicious. All the meals came out in a timely manner, never left waiting. The staff were constantly checking on us, everything was perfect. We will be returning.

Fantastic Thai cuisine. On the Saturday night that we went the restaurant was full. Despite this the service was amazing. Our drink order was taken promptly and delivered a few minutes later, complete with water. A few minutes later our food order was taken and our meal was delivered in good time. When looking around I noticed the waitresses constantly attending to the customers. I had Choo Chee chicken and it was a largish size and absolutely delicious. My husband had Spicy Prawns and was pleased with the quantity. Totally recommend this restaurant, but make sure you have booked. We will return.

I recently went to this place for dinner as I have the buy one free one card. I have to say that the place is spacious and well decorated. In terms of the service, the staff are very friendly and keep asking is everything is alright, which is nice. We ordered the braised beef cheeks and the crispy barramundi. Both of the fishes is quite nice especially the beef cheeks where it is slowly cooked till the meat is tender and rich is flavour. It goes very well with steamed rice.

I love this place!! The servings are very well sized and taste amazing. The salt and pepper squid is one of my favourites along with the pad thai! The flavours they use and fresh ingredients really make a difference Plus it comes down to the skill and lets just say the chef's are very well skilled! Can't wait to go back again for a date night with the Hubby!

My Husband took me there one night. We always drive by it and never though anything much more. I rang up and made the booking. I came online here and read some reviews about the restaurant. On the day, when we got to the restuarant, they did not have our booking. We were told that there was no ooking when i had done the booking meslef but that was no hasstle for them. They accomodated us and set up a table for us. We ordered the food and i had prawn cakes for my entree. My first bit remineded me of sitting in a cafe in Thailand. thats how good the food was. Devine. The rest of the food flowed thru and were just as amazing and delious. We got a bit excited and ordered too much and for them it was no hastle to pack a takeaway for us. Enjoyed the rest for lunch the next day. Great customer sevrice and for a wednesday the restaurant was packed. Will definately go back and will definately recommend.

I went to this restaurant with high expectations after eating at the same restaurant in a different location. To be honest, this place was a bit of a let down. The food was not as nice as I had expected. It was still good food, just not what I was expecting after having a great meal previously at a different Orientai restaurant

Delicious food - I get take away from there regularly and occasionally eat there. When they are very busy we have had a few issues with service and I once needed a high chair and theirs was filthy, but overall the food is amzingly good and good value.

I really enjoy going to Orientai. Went here several nights ago for dinner. Tried the main of the scallop and cashew nut salad. It's a taste sensation. Loaded with shallots though so be prepared for some shallot breath the next morning! The prices are quite reasonable. Have great variety of dishes and they have a good wine selection too. Staff are friendly and provide good service, and remain casual and easy going. Dress code is smart casual. On previous visits I've had the seafood laksa - packed with seafood and very tasty, and the chilli prawns. All very delicious. Recommend for a relaxed night out with family or friends.

This place is great. Lovely decor, a good selection of food, pleasant & helpful staff and reasonable value.
