I was getting Glasses through the Government supply scheme for the first time since having an accident and could not afford to pay. I went back 5 times and was ignored after telling them the focal points were 5mm out and I could not focus with the incorrect lenses. The glasses were impossible to focus with and [Retracted name] was just plain rude to me telling me to put up with it because they were free. Before going back the 5th time, I went to another optometrist for an opinion where I was told to take them back because the focal points were way off and incorrectly fitted. I was made to feel so humiliated by the whole experience I am forced to get a loan to buy glasses else where knowing it is going to be difficult to pay back on a pension. I had always been nice and polite on each occasion and when [Retracted name] was rude to me , I just walked out with my tail between my legs. I now feel like a third class citizen. Please make your own decision, this is just my experience.

Michelle and her team here are very professional and will not sell you glasses that don't suit your face! They have a large range to choose from and range from budget to high range and are extremely efficient with their after service and if something is wrong or not up to scratch they will fix it! They also let you browse round at your leisure or will assist you if you require help! All in all one of the best optometrist around!
