Had an eye test purchased two pair of frames, when I picked them up 2 weeks later the left eye was blurry. I was told it was ok, I said no, I was told but they will keep to book a new test. 4 weeks from my original purchase I came back in, the optimirist said she thinks she need to make them stronger than she had originally thought. Came back another 2 weeks later, the left eye still wrong and now the right eye also blurry. The right eye was perfect at the start, this was then met with the response by the optimirist "I am tired and exhausted, she's not sure what else she can do, told me to go elsewhere"
This was met with a refund and rude customer service, there are 3 other optimirists in that centre I would highly recommend you don't use this company. Very poor skills and poor service from all concerned from the optimiristto the management and staff.
They turned off there google reviews so I've left this here, and come Monday I will be calling there hard office to make the complaint.
Go elsewhere do yourself a favour.

I had to pop in here for an emergency fix on my glasses and they were super busy. Rather than making me wait the lady excused herself from a lady she was serving came over and asked if I could leave the glasses with her and she would have them ready for me to pick up later because they were so busy and she didn't want to keep me waiting whilst serving other customers. I came back later that day and she had done a quick repair free of charge. Great service like this is hard to find!!
