All work done on premises by a master jeweller. They don't send your jewellery out for repairs like others.
Small family business and the high quality is unquestionable.

I left a watch to be repaired. I was informed that they would contact me when the jeweller had tested it. They would call next day to say if it needed to be sent away and if so, provide a quote. 9 days later and no word. So I phoned to discover it was still sitting there unrepaired - no action, no communication. Not good enough. I would have been happy to pay the price, but what do they expect - to accumulate broken watches for no fee? I will take it elsewhere in hope of some commitment from staff to meet reasonable customer service expectations.

Friendly and great little Jewellers. I had my ring repaired and polish to look like new again so I'm very please with the out come. while I was there I check out there rings noticed very authentic an at affordable prices. Ill be back again for sure.

Very disappointed in the quality of products and the prices are not competitive, rather over priced. Why would you risk having no warranty to fall back on if they close down? Insurance doesn’t cover failed warranties. We didn’t like being made to feel stupid because we don’t have knowledge of diamonds. We do know enough to compare prices for they same type of diamonds though.

My bridal jewelry came from here and it was beautiful and unusual. I enjoyed browsing their interesting collection of jewelry, not you average run of the mill stuff, thank goodness! Who wants to look like everyone else? Great personal service, family run I think
