Honest and personal service.. I rang for assistance and was given all the help I needed to find a gift for a 16yr old girl's birthday. All the examples of name necklaces are on their website anyway with good photos etc but I couldn't decide, they were so helpful and patient! I chose a white gold Carrie style name in the end and she loves it, I left it a bit late so they managed to make it quicker than usual for me.
