Good if you are just looking and don't want any help or to buy anything. Think they need to look at self check out and a help touch screen or too as no one ever seems to be able to serve that is if you can find someone. Disappointing....
This Myer has horrible service - you can never find staff when you need them and often have to go to another level to pay as there are no staff at counters to be found at all. There are never any floor staff, there is always someone in their music section though - they are unable to help with anything other than music.
They have some very nice things, however their customer service is appalling! You need to allow plenty of time to find a staff member - and you will probably have to wander around a fair bit before you do find one!
They never have enough staff on, and those they do have end up being so overworked and frustrated they can't be much help anyway
Purchasing Lancome cosmetics at Myer Eastland is fantastic. Alison does her best to accommadate you with all her expertise when buying skin care and makeup products. take a visit and see what I mean.

The clothes are beautiful i always love to shop at myers. Although the service is disgraceful. I was waiting on the phone for 20 minutes the other day just to ask if they had a dress in stock that i wanted. There is never anyone around to help, and there are too many signs everywhere that you dont know how much everything is. There also aren't any price checks around.

i was able to find the perfect gift i was looking for within my budget. I went in Myer after looking everywhere for a perfect baby shower gift and only had 5 mins left before i had to rush out for the party. I went it and found it withint mins and on my way to the party.

I bought a Fossil wallet from Myer for my Husband's Chirstmas pressie and I was very happy for the quality and value of the product , It was a little bit expensive but it was what you may expect for the price.
The only thing I personally think Myer has going for it is the products they manage to stock. They do seem to have employees with real attitude problems, and for some reason they all give the impression that they think they are better than the people they are serving. They are in retail, not working for the queen! Service is appalling... I've gone in there with money to burn before and they ignore you and act as if you don't have the money for the items you are purchasing. I've had them act surprised when I finally got served at one of the make up counters byt the rude sales woman, she looked surprised when I asked for a large bottle of perfume and even more shocked when I bought it on the spot. These people have no clue about service...
Trying to get a salesperson to assist was really difficult in the men's clothing section finally went into another section and they helped BUT with what it seemed bad grace which made us feel very uncomfortable.
What is wrong with young ppl these days ?
THE rudest staff i have ever come across in my life as an experienced shopper. Was bluntly ignored and snobbed off by the some what horrid individuals. Can't complain about the service because, to be honest there was none!!!!!
