Customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced with any company, EVER!! I filled in registration forms at school for two children to start lessons in term 3. Received around 4-5 mobile calls to confirm lessons. Did so but kept getting more calls to get me to go online and do more online stuff to book times. Classes were being done at school and I had no idea when it would be timetabled. Was testing my patience already but persevered as kids were keen to do lessons. Company changed payment options from when I had agreed to kids that they could do lessons. Noone at head office knew what you had discussed with last customer service person. More than once I got off the phone wanting to hit my head against a wall in frustration. The final straw for me was when the company made an unauthorised withdrawal from my bank account despite the fact I had committed to making 2 x one off online payments for tuition and had ,in writing, expressly forbidden them to access my account via automatic deduction which is their preferred payment option as I already suspected I was dealing with incompetents. This illegal and completely unethical transaction proved me right.
At no point during any discussion with any staff member did I agree to this happening and when I discovered the money had been taken taken from my account (leaving me short whilst purchasing groceries) I was told a manager would call me back. I waited, received no call and called back myself the following day, speaking to very young supervisor because the manager was again unavailable. The supervisor advised me that their system took my debit card details used to make a one off secure online payment and withdrew the money by mistake. I question how this is even possible as I did not consent to them storing my card details. I received a few half hearted apologies. It was going to be reported to manager. My 2 kids said lessons were OK, but we are one term users of this company only, would NEVER EVER use this company again and would advise others to steer well clear.

From their website is the following information: After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

This would appear to be a complete lie.

I want to apologise for the service you have received and error with you payment. I believe our Operations Manager Kerrin called you today to discuss your issue. If you are not happy we have not done our job, so I sincerely apologise.

We have experienced tremendous growth over the last 3 months and we have recently doubled the size of our customer service team to ensure mistakes do not happen like this is the future.

I am glad your children enjoyed lessons and I do not want them to miss out due to our mistakes. I would like to offer you 50% off lessons for next term.
