I have been meaning to write to you for a couple of weeks to thank you for your excellent service in helping us to move. Our move was a bit tricky because we were moving just next door but have very heavy old furniture and no truck access as the driveway was brand new. The team headed by Luke Crawford and Matthew Flanagan were simply amazing! They achieved amazing feats while being very careful not to scratch or damage anything in either house (as one was brand new and one a year and a bit older). They were so polite and kept their spirits up the whole day. They couldn't do enough for us and always smiled and joked. This was the best moving experience we have ever had and it was in no small way due to Like, Matt and their team and their sunny helpful attitudes. Our move was well planned we thought. Two houses into one on two separate days 13/04 and 14/04. We let them know online that there were two difficult driveways and requested a ute as well as truck. The guy in charge on the day refused to unload saying the driveway was wet and steep. He said he could not take the ute up the driveway. He offered to put the furniture in storage or return to the old house. Neither solution a good one. The guys were undertrained and under resourced. I could not see how they would view it any differently on any other day so cancelled with mini movers altogether. The move was completed on 15/04 by a more highly skilled company who provided two trucks and five guys and a ute to move both houses in one day. It was extremely distressing.

We've moved so many times in the past 15 years. Most of them we did ourselves and regretted it so much afterwards. Our most recent move we decided to hire MiniMovers and I can now say - we will NEVER move ourselves again. What a easy move it was with these guys. In fact - better than just an easy move - it was actually fun! I can't believe that at the end of the day the muscles that hurt the most were my stomach muscles from laughing. The guys were fast, unbelievably strong and so friendly, funny and polite. I would highly recommend these guys!

We used MiniMovers a few years ago and found the service was fantastic. We had several friends helping us out and they were fine with this. It saved us a lot of time and money. The removalist guys were fast and friendly. Great option if you are moving locally and want to save your back!

I was let down by another moving company who didn't even show up on the day I was moving house. At 4pm on a Saturday I rang MiniMovers and they had a truck and two men at my place within an hour!

The two movers were extremely friendly, explained the process thoroughly, and were quick, but careful with the packing. Rather than sit around watching they were happy for me to help which sped the process up too.

Really very impressed and would recommend the service to anyone.

I have used mini moves once, but found the service to be really good. They were careful with all the fragile items and when moving the furniture into my new home were also very careful.

I tried Minimovers hoping that they would be more efficient or somehow better than cheaper services. I was disappointed. They made a big deal out of having a no damage guarantee then tore the arm cushion off my sofa but did not mention it at all. I found the damage after they had left, by which time it was too late as I had already signed so say there was no damage. At the end of the day I just ended up paying more for the same service, so will return to my previous company next move.
