My hot water system failed so i rang the hot water specialist who installed it to come out and find the problem for me. They were here for about an hour and told me the hot water system was fine and it wasn't their problem so they would have to charge me a call out fee. I then called Integral Energy thinking maybe their was an issue with my off peak signal they came out told me their side of things was fine and to try calling my electrician. I called Menera and the guys were very polite on the phone and came out that afternoon. Within 10 Minutes of arriving at my place they had already determined that my thermostat had burnt out and they replaced it then and there. Needless to say the next morning i had hot water again and didn't have to have a cold shower.
