After having a dental phobia for many years and being forced to go because of a broken tooth, I ended up pursuing and finishing a full restoration of my top teeth and could not be happier with the result. Dr Matthew was patient, informative and gentle at all times during the process. Amany and the admin team were sensational. Thank you all so much. I can not fault anyone who works there. From the girls at the front desk, the dental nurses and to Dr Nabil Ishak, everyone is so friendly. The service Dr Ishak provides is second to none. He advises what he is going to so, and as he is carrying out the job, he lets you know what he is doing eg you will feel some pressure now.
They all make you feel at ease. He even gives a few good laughs.
I highly recommend this business.

I will never go there again. Last time i went there i had to get a root canal and they quoted me $900-$1000 for it but once i got it done they charged me $1300 and i got an infection about a year later.

This business is so unprofessional. They don't return emails or phone calls and provide poor customer service.
I was scheduled in to get a number of wisdom teeth extracted under a general anesthetic with one of their dentists Dr Ghaly. She was really great and I had no qualms about having her do the work. I tried to contact them several times to work out final costs and after a number of unreturned emails and phone calls I was finally told that the dentist had gone on leave and informed them she was not coming back so I would need to make arrangements with the one other dentist qualified to do this work. I dropped in on a Saturday morning when they advertise they are open hoping to meet the new dentist and the surgery was closed without explanation.
After the unprofessional way this was all handled I did not feel comfortable having these people carry out the procedure so I obtained a referral to someone else and asked to pick up my x rays (which are the patients property) and a copy of the work to be undertaken to take to my new dentist.
I was told that would not be an issue and to come and pick them up. I was treated really poorly by the receptionist on that night who initially refused to give me the documents even though it had been arranged. She then cut my x-rays in order to fit them into a scanner which was the tipping point for me. I will never return to this dentist and would not recommend them to anyone.
