I went in for a facial and since I have concerns about dehydration and fine lines I was advised a particular facial. However the products that were used on me were very oily and I broke out a few days later. I have combination skin - it's really annoying because some products can help and others can't. The manager intervened and did suggest an alternate treatment to her credit.

I've loved coming here almost every month and half for the past 5 years! I've always had Wendy who did my facials and waxing. She literally saved my skin (I was prone to acne and my skin was always dehydrated). And she was always so attentive to my requests and taking her time to make sure that I was happy although she has all the right to become familiar with me after all those years. Wendy is truly an incredible asset to the beauty industry. Not only she has a wealth of knowledge about skin but also an exceptional people skill. I've missed her so terribly much because she left about 4 months ago.

All the other ladies at Madison are lovely too but I had only had one or two treatments done by others when Wendy wasn't around to be as comfortable as I was with Wendy whom I had for The past 5 years.

They do points too! When you accumulate enough points, you can get some services for free or at a discounted rate. I've always had my waxing services free of charge because I had so many facials and treatments. This place has been like my go to beauty saviour.

I booked in for an IPL session. When I arrived I was told by Mary that this was only a skin test. I booked in for the service two weeks in advanced. I advised Mary that the staff during the booking did not inform me that this was a skin test. I advised Mary that if I had have been told I would have booked another session earlier. I also informed her that I would have no time to go elsewhere as I had booked the session for my wedding! Mary could not seem to care less even when I advised her that I have had IPL numerous times. Very uncaring staff and unprofessional service.

I had a spray tan which was fantastic. Colour was great and looked natural. I also bought some skin products and had facial. My skin has looked fantastic after using products.

The hair colour product used at Madison is the best I have ever used. Needing to regularly colour my fine hair, I need a product that is gentle, will cover grey and wont make my hair feel like straw when I next wash it. Their Italian product range with its low ammonia is just perfect; it does not wreck my hair. Please don't ever change your hair colour product range :-)

MadisonAve has a wonderful service, staff and ambience. Mary is my skin therapist and her facial technique and knowledge on skin is excellent. Their products are cosmeceutical. The really nice aspect of this salon is they are regularly introducing new services and the latest technology. I recently tried their new Ionithermie body treatment and Eatwell for Wellbeing. Exciting and impressed.

I've been regularly going to Madison since last year, mainly for facials, wax & massage. Wendy who did my facials most of the time is very knowledgable & professional. She's been in the industry for many years & yet the way she treated her clients is still first-class. I have to thank her for being so generous with her knowledge & saving my skin. My only complaint is she works part-time & only available on weekdays. Other Madison team members are as amazing too, like Rosie with her massage skills. They always make me feel welcome. Yet to try their hair services but I still highly recommend Madison & their products :)

Really good facials using excellent products (Pevonia and Medicalia) but I'm not sure about the location to be honest. I was 8.5 months pregnant when I went and it was
'interesting' getting up the small staircase. I could also hear road noise above the music they played so I didn't fully relax. If they were in a slightly quieter location I would have rated them as a 5 star for everything.

It was amazing experience. Candlelit, soft music. The girls really know their stuff. The facial was the best I ever had. My skin felt fantastic. The girls love to empower their clients with knowledge about the skin and they offer so many different Facial treatments, including Microdermabrasion, peels, Omnilux. I am so so addicted. My skin is the best it's ever been. And, i love the pevonia and medicalia products they offer.

Wendy does a great job here. She's very thorough, friendly and professional. One of the best facials that I've had before. The products used are really good too.
