Well before the cut off date for Christmas delivery. It is now 29/12/2015 and I am still waiting!
I have been told by lullabyebaby that my parcel is on its way several times. Yet email from courier says its been collected from sender today 29/12/2015.
Will not be holding my breath.
At the end of this week I'll be asking for a full refund.

With service awards for the last two consecutive years, our reputation stands for itself. Again, your item has been dispatched, and Goods are on their way to you.We have no reason to lie we have evidence and print screens to argue your claim. Once it leaves us it's out of our control. We rely on the couriers to make sure they deliver the goods on time. I have raised the issue with Smartsend and will monitor he outcome of your parcel.

I ordered well before your 10th December cut off date for Christmas delivery "guarantee" as stated on your website.
Its still not here. May be "out of your hands" but I ordered from you, not the courier. I am unsatisfied and this is my honest review of MY dealings with your company.
