awesome shop! really helpful and I return often!! big stores lose the fell for individuality - this is a good sized store with good supplies and fantastic service. thanks guys for caring and pulling stuff outta packets to make sure me n fluffy pup have the best product and fit - we now enjoy our walks with no pulling or sore arms (the arm part is me and the pulling is fluffy) thankyou !!!

The only complaint I have is that the owner is too over familiar and suggestive with sexual innuendo. Not appropriate in business. His knowledge of the business is good.

Super clean premises, well stocked with merchandise and birds of all varieties, fish, rabbits etc. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. A pleasure to do business with. Prices very reasonable. Highly recommended. Very family oriented.

Ratings don't fit my criteria in this review, as whilst I was satisifed with the staff's knowledge and they were polite and friendly, I will not be giving them my custom again as they now sell puppies.

Bought two Lori's off them - the birds were already handled, in excellent condition, beautiful personalities. The knowledge of Cassie is outstanding, very happy to have paid the price for the birds in the knowledge we have great birds and personalised service from Living Jungle for the lifetime of the birds. I just wish we could buy more of them! :-)

this is one of the best pets shops. staff are friendly and very helpful. and the have a very large range of animals all that are healthy

There is nothing I love more than people that know how to care for animals. This pet shop would have to be one of the best. They have so many different kinds of animals and they are all extremely well looked after. I don't really agree with the idea of pet shops selling animals but if they do have to be out there then they should take a page out of Living Jungle's book. If I ever have any questions regarding my birds they are always more than happy to give advise.
