Rude, annoying. The experience i had with le desire was indescribable. They are very on top of you all the time, and they are quite rude. THey never leave you alone and never let you decide what you want. You can't go in and just have a geez because they MUST convince you to buy something. Their work place is always messy, always dust on some of the candles. Most of their products are actually damaged, and as i purchased a product a few months ago, it started to leak and i was not impressed at all as when i went to show them they thought it was my fault.
