Excellent friendly customer service. I've only recently started going to Kerrie Road Pharmacy as I needed a compounding pharmacy for my then 2.5month old's reflux medication. The chemist there was incredibly helpful & sympathetic to my last minute realization that is left my sons medicine behind at a doctors visit and he quickly filled a script for me to make sure I had some for that evening. Each time I've been I find that I'm greeted by name & helped out with any questions or concerns. Very satisfied customer!

Friendly staff who take the time to really find out what can help. My wife and I feel confident in asking even the silliest questions about the normal childhood ailments of our nearly 2 year old ... thank you!

The quality is very good and the staff members are happy to assist anytime needed. They recently moved a few stores down and are very happy where they are.

Every time I have been to this store the staff members have been great for health and beauty advice. It is a very small store and is not your massive stores like Chemist Warehouse.

We have been customers at Kerrie Road Pharmacy for more than ten years - through two pregnancies, births, toddlerhood, pre-school year and now primary school years. We have always found the staff to be caring and courteous, the products of high quality and the service second to none. The pharmacists and other staff always take the time to explain products, give advice when advice is sought and find the best product possible for the need identified at the time. They take care of our family needs when we are sick and when we are looking for sunscreen or hair detangler or a gift or a hat...If you would like to order something in or it is out of stock when you visit, the product is normally at the chemist within a day or two.

I have found the chemists in this pharmacy to be excellent with service and knowledge. Nothing is to minor a matter for them to come out and talk to you about. The pharmacy staff are also helpful and more than happy to get a pharmacist to speak to you for extra information. Their general range is really good and if they need to get something in it only takes a day or two.

The pharmacists there are just fantastic - they are very supportive and take the time to listen to you. Their range is great and the prices are reasonable too. I have found more information there than at my gp!
