Hair wash was disappointing - water cold to luke warm. Head massage which is a key part of the hair washing experience was half - hearted, less than 10 seconds in duration.

Nicky does magic to my hair every time, I normally get highlights and a cut and it completely transforms me. The attention she puts into her work, the pleasant chats, the professionalism are just unsurpassable. I think I will never go to another hairdresser.

Staff are amazing at what they do!! Each time I visit I walk out completely loving my look and could not expect better! I have that much faith in the stylist that I generally leave the new look up to them. Would love to visit on a weekly basis!

I had dreads for 3 years and decided to brush them out rather than cut them..long story short it really damaged my hair, a friend recommended hair dresser Nicky Birch who has done an amazing job at getting my hair healthy once again with weekly to fortnightly hair treatments and charging me only for the product itself (as they had a trainee to teach) my hair has never felt nor looked better. great prices! wonderful staff! Nicky is a very skilled and professional hairdresser. They gave me an up front quote - wow! for a hairdresser that was fantastic as other hairdressers leave you in shock when presented with the cost at the end. Products are mainly organic and after sales service includes a free tidy up. I can highly recommend this salon

Jorge Viota and his staff are just incredible! They could make everyone feel home and be happy with their hair! No matter what your style is or what colour you want, they'll do it for you!
Unlike most of the hairdressers I have visited lately, they do not try to sell their products, which for me is great! They will always be honest with you when it is about your hair and they will do just what you want, or as close as they can!

Great cut and color and I got my nails done at the same time. Jorge is an extremely experienced hairdresser and I would recommend him if you are looking to change your current hair style.
