Don't even bother... Company was quick to come and do an inspection to arrange a quote. They seemed very helpful and interested at the time, however after 3 months and numerous attempts to follow up myself to obtain the quote, I have still received nothing.

Every 2 weeks I would call, they kept telling me their computer system crashed and lost all their software and they would get back to to me in "2 weeks". The last attempt I made, they were in Bali on holiday and couldn't help me.

If they didn't want the job of my renovation they should have been honest from the beginning and just said so.

Avoid at all cost...

Lionel came out and I explained what I wanted to do. I had. Vague idea of what I wanted but I was not sure if it would work. Lionel was patient and explained the pros and Cons of each idea without patronising me and made recommendations.

He also recommended units that would fit with the plan and a few places we could try to get the best deal.

The more I learnt the more confident I became on whY we wanted. It took a couple of visits for Lionel to sort out my final plan, mostly because I kept making little changes but finally the plan was ready.

I only got the one final quote because everyone else that had a look gave me a ballpark estimate that was way above Lionels. I also had a rwconmendation from a friend that the work would be good so I was not concerned about quality of Lionels team.

The team that works for lionel was very polite and cleaned up each day to ensure out house was presentable even though an entire room had been ripped out. They let us know when they would be there and when the next stage would begin. The sub contractors they got in (electrectricuan, tiler, etc) were not so courteous and I was a bit frustrated with the mess they left and I was forced to clean up myself.

This was a small part of the work and the only thing that prevented a fifth star for service.

The end result looks good. My wife is delighted (which makes me happy)

I have another bathroom that needs doing and as soon as the budget is there I will be bringing in Lionel and his team again.
