Still haven’t forgotten when I went for get a skin check (Nov 23/11/2022) only to be told by the doctor we don’t do skin checks. This was after 2 hours waiting - got a parking ticket to add to my rage. Why wasn’t I told that I needed to wait that long, I would have left the practice, oh it was as a result of emergencies which was the best and only response they could offer, the business manager who talks in riddles was going to sort the front counter staff. My issue was never resolved as the business manager is very clever at saying a lot but saying nothing. She did to her credit do something, she had a meeting with the counter staff which based on her unprofessional approach would have gone something like, now let’s tell the patience if there is a problem with wait time we should let them know - this as recollect is common curtesy and good customer service. The ‘owner’ needs to ask why this has been happening and allowing this to happen for so many years, Dumping problems on state a managers down to her managers who likes to play silly games won’t fix the poor reviews. I won’t be back…..

Good for minor illnesses- coughs, colds etc. Can get appointments very easily.
However on several circumstances misdiagnosed serious illnesses of my husband and I that needed hospitalisation.

I have been going here since we moved to Ipswich. Have never had a bad experience here. Dr Curson is our gp and he is just great with our little one.

I have been going here since I moved to brassall and I have never had a problem, waiting times can be an issue but what medical centre doesnt... I will recommend this place to all I know who rather have bulk billing.

One of the best medical clinics around, the doctors good and listen to your concerns. The staff and nurses are friendly. Overall service is very good. Found the both doctor i deal with regularly very helpful, when i had to be admitted to the hospital recently. On the downside sometimes the doctors run a little late on appointment times, but this happens everywhere theses days, still better than most. Best appointments times are the first or early in the day or towards the last for the day i have found.

Excellent! The Doctor I see is always attentive to my needs, and actually knows how I am. Not like many of the larger health centres I have come across in other areas. I even get recognised in the street by my doctor.
