It is a lovely restaurant which serves excellent steak. I found the atmosphere to be upbeat and the customer service to be excellent.

Simply the best Pork Ribs in Australia.

No need really to read on. Service is fine, good wine selection - served in good big glasses! Worth every penny though a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. You will need to book every night of the week - otherwise expect to wait for about 40minutes or more on Friday and Saturday night.

There is nothing bad to say about this place, and the long queues tell you the same.

Service was great they put the bibs on for you. Mains are very pricey however it was very tasty, had some burnt bits on the ribs, but overall it was good, the dipping sauces for the chips was very tasty aswell. the environment and view was amazing.

Excellent ribs- one of the best in Sydney. Nice location overlooking the water at Darling Harbour. they do exactly what they're supposed to- good BBQ food- nothing more, nothing less. Full rack is $40 so not cheap but portions are huge.

Best ribs out in Sydney and it will make you leave licking your lips and fingers and wanting more! Great service however sometimes its hard trying to get someone to attend to you.

If you love Ribs you can't go past Hurricanes they are the best. Huge serving sizes and good value. The restaurant is often packed with people so you do need to make a booking, however if you are willing to wait they do their best to accommodate walk ins.

The food here is unbelievable, the ribs are a must for first timers its an experience :-) the drinks are well priced too, but you go here for awesome steaks, burgers, and ribs, its the grill to go to.

You can always see a line in front of Hurricane. I have been there for more than 8 times now ..You may be impressed with the food and ambience for the first time. After the third time, I start to get sick of it. The most recent visit was in February 2011. The food was not as good as before. We ordered chicken caeser salad and it was not nice at all. I think Sumo Salad's Chicken Caeser Salad is better than Hurricane. We also ordred the ribs and chicken platter. It was not tasty at all. Nandos can do a better job than them .. disappointing !

Ribs don't come any better then this institute. I've sampled quite a few rib places and they don't compare. The sauce they use is incredible and prices are reasonable.

The Steak & Ribs are so delicious however at times there is a little too much basting on the Ribs.....Service can be slow however this could be cause the place is packed nearly every time we eat here. Good servings however a little on the expensive side.
