Very poor service. My sister was accused of lying when picking up a pre-order on Christmas….. very poor customer service…. Sorry lost our business.

Very sad and disappointing service. We use to come here all the time since changed wnership we have been twice and both times got home and had to ring and complain about missing food. The older lady who served us was very rude and didn't believe me when I said order was wrong even though had receipt and food as evidence. Then on Christmas eve they would not honour a prepaid order for Prawns.
Will never go back again.

that's whole point of being the boss the boss is there to over see the running of his business and if you have a problem go see the boss I have been there plenty of time and the boss does work when he needs to and apparently the boss is up at 4am getting the fresh seafood and as the food goes its always excellent and I go there 3 times a week

foods great awesome service all the girls are lovely chef is amazing cook love coming here my family and myself come here weekly the boss is an asshole speaks to the workers like crap doesn't help even on the busy nights not quite sure why he's even there .. price is up there but worth it amazing food

I would not recommend this business. The chips were undercooked, the scallops had barely any potato in them and didn't taste right, the fish was small, flat and did not taste like fish and had the texture of cardboard. Very disappointed

I wouldn't recommend this business.
The chips were mostly black and the fish very small and overcooked so much so it was entirely dried out, it was like eating rubber. Would have been better off going to Homers at Emerton where everything you purchase is edible. At a cost of $9 for fish and chips for one which I was unable to eat I found it very pricey. Went there when it first opened and found it to be very good.

We sincerely love coming here. The staff are kind and helpful. All the seafood is fresh and they have snack packs to suit everyone's tastes. Good value here to suit our budget.
