They differently know their way around a sick computer and had no problem clearing a nasty virus off mine and getting it up and running again. Staff were very friendly.

The friendly person came to my home and fixed the viruses on my computer. He was very nice considering I don't know much about this stuff, and didn't talk down to me. It was cheaper than most and there was no call out fee!
