Great experience, being a repeat customer I come here with the expected level of service and the quality of food. I must say that they have always met my expectation. I may face some delays in being seated on busy weekends, but thats totally understandable.

The service in this place is very up and down. I've dined there often and most times the meals and service are excellent. However sometimes the service is abysmal and the meals are not as ordered or simply second rate. Staff can be enthusiastic or uninterested. Complaints are not taken further than the staff member you speak to. Quite hit and miss really.

for the 2nd time eating at this restaurant i was dissappointed, the medium steak was extremely rare. the waiter did not offer to have it fixed or any discount. the fries were dry and the veges were cold.

My husband, daughter and I went to lunch for our anniversary. The staff were friendly and quickly found us a seat that would accomodate us and our pram. It was fairly quiet so our orders were taken and meals came out not to long after- this was very handy having a young unsettled bub with us. The meals were tasty, however, the steak was not 100% to my husbands satisfaction. We were not asked if the meals were fine or checked on by our waitor during our visit. Overall, a good experience.

I find this place over rated, most of the food is frozen, not enough fresh selection and the staff are too young, I'm sick of being served by children

The service took quiet a while. But the food is tasty and pretty well priced. always get the lite serve it is just as much as a regular serve

The deserts here are the absolute best ever, i guarantee you will not be disappointed! can't remember what it was called but there is a desert that you pay 14.95 & it has 4scoops of vanilla & 4 of strawberry with choc cake at the bottom & choc syrup it was yummy!!

The service took forever, the price was pretty high and the food was very mediocre. Would not recommend this place to anyone - Pathetic and wont be going back.

It seems very expensive for the type of restaurant it is. They charge for sides that you think would be included, such as gravy. I can't say it is good value and I am reluctant to go their when friends organise an event.
