Bought jbl sound bar and remote reciever stopped working around after 3 weeks.i Went there and they told to fix it and keep it for warranty repair. They didn't tell me any thing how long it will take. When you go to buy they treat very good but if you have some problem thay ignore you. They should replace as the product is bought just 3 weeks ago.
Get back my soundbar after few weeks. Now having another problem chromecast is not working. Called the jbl , they said that it not possible to connect with the right person. I have to call again. And their timings are Mon to Fri till 5pm . They should also know that we are also working from Mon to Fri til 5pm . They should make their timings for sat and Sunday also .
Just adding more the problem in soundbar again comes after nearly 3 months and harveynorman service is more then worse don't have any words .

Just remembering the goodguys service its good . Once bought electrical kitchen appliance and gets faulty. When I went they replaced straight away.

Needed to use the photo centre. Photos received were inconsistent i.e same photo printed dark and light in the same batch. Also I was charged for a certain number of photos but not all were received. Very disappointing. Visited the furniture section to look for a new couch. I was there for a good 15 min. and was never approached by a sales person. Ended up walking out.
