We had a blocked/collapsed stormwater pipe under the rear laneway of our property. Council didn't want to know and said it was a private connection. So, Alex and his team came along and fixed the problem. We had to open the road (with the appropriate permit in place) and replace the stormwater pipe. To say this was a tough job would be an understatement. There were several issues along the way including a 300mm layer of concrete under the asphalt - this required a specialist road saw but wasn't known about until the job was underway. We then needed an excavator and tip truck to remove tonnes of extra concrete. Anyway, the point is that this job escalated very quickly but Alex took it all in his stride, replaced the pipe, and closed the road again within the day. Can't speak more highly of GT Plumbing - Alex is a true gentleman and absolutely fair, honest and reliable. Thanks Alex - job very well done!
